We attended the VIV Europe 2014 in Utrecht (Holland), where consumers’ attitude and behaviour regarding food are rapidly changing globally. There was a strong emphasis on health issues, including more healthy food products. The demand of ready-to-eat food products is increasing, as well as the importance to offer fresh and safe meat products with a longer shelf-life.
